  • Prices: in Japanese yen, tax included (10% consumption tax). Made-to-order items are quoted individually; the first consultation is free.
  • Additional costs: fabric for made-to-order (itemised in the quote), shipping at cost (stated in the quote or at ordering; ask us about overseas shipping).
  • Payment: website via Shopify; app via Stripe (credit card) (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and other brands supported by the payment service). Ready-to-wear and accessories: at ordering. Made-to-order: a deposit of 50% of the tax-inclusive total on approval of the quote (may vary per quote), the balance before handover (within 7 days of our notice that the item is finished).
  • Delivery: made-to-order lead time is given in the quote and is indicative; delivery by post within Japan (ask us about overseas shipping or pick-up).
  • Ready-to-wear and accessories: return within 14 days of receipt if new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition; write to info@k-loulux.com first with your order number; return shipping at the customer's cost unless we made an error or the item is defective; refund to the original payment method after the item is received and checked. Cancellable until shipped.
  • Made-to-order and alterations/upcycling: cancellable before production starts (free before quote approval in the app); once production has started, they cannot be taken back or refunded, and materials already purchased and work done remain due. If the piece does not match what was agreed or has a sewing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt: we will adjust or remake it.
  • Damaged or wrong ready-to-wear item: write within 7 days with a photo; replacement, adjustment or refund.
