Custom orders
Custom clothing orders are subject to a quote and prior approval by the client before any work begins. Any deposit paid is non-refundable once production has started, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Prices and payment
Our product prices include VAT and are indicated in Japanese yen (JPY). Shipping fees and other potential costs are added during the ordering process. We accept payments by credit card; information is processed securely.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. The delivery time depends on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of the returned items.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and must be returned.
Digital products (sewing patterns)
Sewing patterns sold in PDF format are available for download immediately after payment confirmation. In accordance with regulations applicable to digital content, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has actually begun.
